These terms govern your use of PhlebGuide. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

PhlebGuide is an independent directory of phlebotomy training programs and a referral service. We are not a school. We do not teach, enroll, admit, accredit, certify, or place anyone in a job, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the programs listed unless a page says otherwise. School names and logos belong to their owners and appear here to identify the programs described.

Accuracy of program information

Tuition, program length, accreditation, externship hours and financial aid details are gathered from public sources and change without notice. We work to keep them current but we do not warrant that any of it is accurate, complete, or up to date. Confirm every detail directly with the school before you apply, pay anything, or make a decision based on it. Accreditation and state approval in particular should be verified with the accrediting body or state agency itself.

Requesting information

When you submit a request form you confirm that you are at least 16, that the contact details are yours, and that the information you gave is accurate. If you tick the consent box, you agree that we and matched programs may contact you as described in that box and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is never a condition of enrolling in or buying anything, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We may be compensated when we refer you to a program. That compensation does not affect your tuition and does not influence whether a school admits you. Submitting a request does not create an application, does not reserve a place, and does not guarantee admission, financial aid, certification, or employment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit anyone else's contact details, or false or automated submissions
• Scrape, copy, or republish the directory or any substantial part of it
• Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Third-party links

Links to school websites and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything you do there.

Our content

The design, written guides and blog content on this site belong to PhlebGuide and are protected by copyright. You may read and share links to them; you may not republish them as your own.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or career advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PhlebGuide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost tuition, lost earnings, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from any dealing with a program you found through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
